預防方法：①務必將內(nèi)鏡先端放松狀態(tài)，以免在彎曲部插入時受阻，強行通過后會造成鉗子管道受損；②等到附件伸出鉗子管道口以后再釋放針頭；③閉合活檢鉗后插拔；④使用沒有問題的活檢鉗。鉗子管道有針孔無法從外觀上發(fā)現(xiàn)需進行漏水測試，若測漏過程中鉗子管道插入口及鉗子管道出入口連續(xù)冒氣泡，說明鉗子管道有針孔，勿繼續(xù)使用，以免造成更嚴重的損傷。

Prevention method: ① Be sure to place the tip of the endoscope in a relaxed state to avoid obstruction when inserting the curved part, which may cause damage to the forceps pipeline after forceful passage; ② Wait until the attachment extends out of the pliers pipe mouth before releasing the needle; ③ Close the biopsy forceps and insert and remove them; ④ Use a biopsy forceps without any issues.
