配備的監(jiān)視器為 LED 顯示器，低功耗、低發(fā)熱量、亮度高及壽命長(zhǎng)更能滿(mǎn)足臨床的應(yīng)用。注意選擇顯示通道，可調(diào)節(jié)亮度、對(duì)比度、色飽和度等，菜單中 Auto Source Select 調(diào) off，可縮短開(kāi)機(jī)信號(hào)搜索時(shí)間，色溫、色彩、亮度、放大等調(diào)節(jié)菜單，一般不需要調(diào)整。

Pay attention to selecting the display channel, which can adjust brightness, contrast, color saturation, etc. In the menu, Auto Source Select can be set to off to shorten the search time for startup signals. The adjustment menu for color temperature, color, brightness, amplification, etc. generally does not need to be adjusted.

為了延長(zhǎng)攝像頭的壽命，建議使用無(wú)菌套;非高溫高壓的攝像頭不要高溫高壓;攝像插頭表面和主機(jī)插座內(nèi)連接前要先處理干凈干燥;攝像頭盤(pán)繞存放，直徑大于15 cm 以上，否則可能損壞內(nèi)部導(dǎo)線。

冷光源

（1）氙燈開(kāi)關(guān)的時(shí)間間隔要在20~30 min，頻繁開(kāi)關(guān)會(huì)縮短氙燈的壽命。

(1) The time interval for switching xenon lamps should be between 20-30 minutes, as frequent switching can shorten the lifespan of xenon lamps.

（2）由于攝像主機(jī)是可以自動(dòng)調(diào)光的，因此，在滿(mǎn)足手術(shù)視野亮度的情況下，盡量把光源的亮度調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕調(diào)低，這樣可以避免光纖過(guò)熱進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致燒壞光纖和鏡子等。不要過(guò)度彎曲光纖，應(yīng)盤(pán)成大圓圈存放。

(2) Due to the fact that the camera host can automatically dim, it is advisable to lower the brightness adjustment knob of the light source as much as possible while meeting the surgical field brightness requirements. This can avoid overheating of the optical fiber and damage to the optical fiber and mirror. Do not excessively bend the optical fiber, it should be stored in large circles.

（4）冷光源工作時(shí)，已連接的導(dǎo)光束或鏡子前端均不能把光直接照射到患者或無(wú)菌臺(tái)布等易燃物品上，有灼傷和燃燒的危險(xiǎn);為避免事故的發(fā)生，不用時(shí)光源亮度調(diào)待機(jī)或低亮度，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用則關(guān)機(jī)。

(4) When working with a cold light source, the connected guide beam or front end of the mirror should not directly shine light on flammable items such as patients or sterile tablecloths, which poses a risk of burns and combustion; To avoid accidents, adjust the brightness of the time source to standby or low brightness when not in use. If not in use for a long time, turn off the device.

（5）非 STORZ 導(dǎo)光束連接本機(jī)時(shí)，要注意其插入光源部的長(zhǎng)度，否則有可能損壞遮光板。

(5) When connecting non STORZ brand guide beams to this machine, pay attention to the length of the inserted light source part, otherwise it may damage the light shield.

故障原因:視頻接線錯(cuò)或斷裂，顯示器電源未開(kāi)，監(jiān)視器通道選擇錯(cuò)誤等。

Cause of malfunction: Video wiring error or breakage, monitor power not turned on, monitor channel selection error, etc.

預(yù)防措施:建議術(shù)前檢查監(jiān)視器電源線、視頻連接線是否接好，打開(kāi)監(jiān)視器后選擇有信號(hào)的通道。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to check the power and video connection lines of the monitor before surgery, and select a channel with signal after turning on the monitor.

視野模糊、圖像中有塵?；蚱痨F

Blurred field of view, presence of dust particles or fog in the image

故障原因:攝像頭焦距未調(diào)好;攝像頭鏡面有臟污;鏡頭密封性不良或損壞漏水;光纖老化;光源亮度不夠;術(shù)中煙霧較多等。

Cause of malfunction: The camera focus is not adjusted properly; The camera mirror is dirty; Poor sealing of the lens or damage to water leakage; Fiber optic aging; Insufficient brightness of the light source; Excessive smoke during surgery.

預(yù)防措施:建議術(shù)前用無(wú)菌溫水浸泡或擦聚維酮碘，不要頻繁更換方法。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to soak or wipe povidone iodine with sterile warm water before surgery, and do not frequently change the disinfection and sterilization methods.

成像不清楚，有雪花、條紋或局部無(wú)圖像

Unclear imaging with snowflakes, stripes, or localized absence of images

故障原因:存在高頻干擾;攝像頭連接線損壞;攝像主機(jī)插口接觸不良;監(jiān)視器故障;鏡頭內(nèi)部柱狀鏡頭破碎等。

Cause of malfunction: There is high-frequency interference; Damaged camera connection cable; Poor contact of the camera host socket; Monitor malfunction; The internal cylindrical lens of the lens is broken, etc.

預(yù)防措施:建議攝像頭使用無(wú)菌套，避免攝像頭連接線與超刀、電刀連接線纏繞在一起;鏡頭需單獨(dú)存放，避免與其他器械碰撞，輕拿輕放，不能使用超聲波清洗鏡頭。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to use sterile covers for the camera to avoid entanglement of the camera connection wire with the ultra knife and electric knife connection wires; The lens needs to be stored separately to avoid collision with other equipment. 故障原因:白平衡未調(diào)節(jié);攝像頭連接線損壞;監(jiān)視器色彩飽和度數(shù)據(jù)錯(cuò)誤;鏡子導(dǎo)光性能差或光源、光纖損壞;光纖與鏡頭連接處受污未及時(shí)清理干凈等。

預(yù)防措施:建議接入攝像頭后調(diào)節(jié)白平衡，調(diào)整色飽和度，保證攝像頭與攝像主機(jī)連接處保持清潔。鏡頭清洗保養(yǎng)時(shí)，導(dǎo)光束接頭處需要拆卸清洗;注意調(diào)整光源亮度。

故障原因:被超刀、射頻、動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)等輔助手術(shù)設(shè)備擊打損壞。

Cause of malfunction: Damaged by auxiliary surgical equipment such as super knife, radio frequency, and power system.

預(yù)防措施:使用輔助手術(shù)設(shè)備時(shí)，要保證在視野內(nèi)操作，提高臨床醫(yī)師手術(shù)操作能力。

Preventive measures: When using auxiliary surgical equipment, it is necessary to ensure safe operation within the field of vision and improve the surgical operation ability of clinical physicians.

鏡身變形，無(wú)法成像

Mirror body deformation, unable to image

故障原因:受外力彎折或空中掉落所致。

Cause of malfunction: caused by external force bending or falling from the air.

預(yù)防措施:建議術(shù)中調(diào)整視野角度時(shí)保護(hù)好鏡子本身，不宜使蠻力操作;與鏡子接觸人員需輕拿輕放，小心保管。

Precautionary measures: It is recommended to protect the mirror itself when adjusting the visual field angle during the operation, rather than using brute force; Personnel in contact with mirrors should handle them with care and store them carefully.
