內(nèi)窺鏡按外觀總分為 2 大類(lèi) ：

　　硬鏡，一般使用在外科領(lǐng)域，插入管大多由不銹鋼材料組成，也有前部可彎曲的硬鏡，包括腹腔鏡、鼻竇鏡，前列腺電切鏡、輸尿管鏡及宮腔鏡等 ；

　　Hard endoscopes are generally used in the field of surgery, with insertion tubes mostly made of stainless steel materials. There are also hard endoscopes with a flexible front, including laparoscopy, sinus endoscopy, prostatectomy, ureteroscopy, and hysteroscopy;

　　軟鏡，內(nèi)科領(lǐng)域比較多見(jiàn)，如腸胃鏡、十二指腸鏡、喉鏡、氣管鏡、插管鏡及輸尿管腎盂鏡等。

　　Soft endoscopes are commonly seen in the field of internal medicine, such as colonoscopy, duodenoscopy, laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy, intubation endoscopy, and ureteropyeloscopy.

　　按結(jié)構(gòu)和成像原理可分為纖維鏡，其是利用光學(xué)纖維全反射導(dǎo)光與傳導(dǎo)圖像 ；電子鏡，其在纖維鏡基礎(chǔ)上將傳導(dǎo)圖像的光導(dǎo)纖維改為了固體攝像元件（CCD）；光學(xué)視管，利用柱狀透鏡進(jìn)行圖像傳導(dǎo) ；比較特別的內(nèi)鏡膠囊胃鏡，其體積很小，無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸圖像，猶如一顆藥丸 ；超聲內(nèi)鏡，其在內(nèi)鏡頭部集成了超聲探頭。

　　內(nèi)鏡的故障分析及維修

　　1. 冷光源燈泡不亮，但供電正常

　　金屬鹵素?zé)?，一般壽命?50h，但有種比較特別的“花生豆?fàn)睢睙襞菘蛇_(dá) 500h。氙氣燈泡，一般壽命為 500h。冷光源面板有燈泡壽命顯示，確認(rèn)燈泡是否完好，內(nèi)部是否發(fā)黑，燈絲是否燒溶。如果燈泡完好，氙氣燈需要對(duì)供電模塊進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。鹵素?zé)艨梢灾苯佑萌f(wàn)用表測(cè)量取燈座的電壓，如果有正常電壓，極有可能為燈座氧化或燈腳氧化引起的接觸不良。如果冷光源有雙鹵素?zé)?，需要檢測(cè)微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)是否正常。

　　Metal halide lamps typically have a lifespan of 50 hours, but there is a unique "peanut shaped" bulb that can last up to 500 hours. Xenon bulbs typically have a lifespan of 500 hours. The cold light source panel has a bulb life display. First, confirm whether the bulb is intact, whether the interior is blackened, and whether the filament is melted. If the light bulb is intact, the xenon lamp needs to monitor the power supply module. Halogen lamps can be directly measured with a multimeter to obtain the voltage of the lamp holder. If there is a normal voltage, it is highly likely that poor contact is caused by oxidation of the lamp holder or lamp pins. If the cold light source has a dual halogen lamp, it is necessary to check whether the micro switch is normal.

　　2.監(jiān)視器無(wú)圖像顯示

　　要確保圖像主機(jī)和顯示器都已經(jīng)接好電源，圖像主機(jī)和顯示器的電源開(kāi)關(guān)指示燈是否亮，如果不亮，需要檢查保險(xiǎn)和供電，檢查圖像主機(jī)和顯示器之間的連線(xiàn)，IN 和OUT 接口是否連接。如果顯示器有一個(gè)多視頻信號(hào)源選擇器，則選擇適當(dāng)?shù)囊曨l信號(hào)。檢查顯示器相應(yīng)的設(shè)置參數(shù)，把亮度、顏色、對(duì)比度置于缺省值，要確保攝像頭的連接電纜固定在圖像主機(jī)上。更換圖像主機(jī)和顯示器之間的視頻電纜，排除電纜損壞的可能性。

　　圖像顏色不正確就需要 WB 重新校正。確認(rèn) RGB或 YPbPr 接口沒(méi)有連接錯(cuò)誤，顯示器設(shè)置參數(shù)確認(rèn)，主機(jī)參數(shù)確認(rèn)，選擇其他視頻通道進(jìn)行測(cè)試，進(jìn)行 COLOR BAR測(cè)試。查看設(shè)置菜單的字體和顏色是否正常，如果正常，但內(nèi)鏡圖像不正常，基于內(nèi)鏡或攝像頭故障。

　　If the image color is incorrect, WB needs to be recalibrated. Firstly, confirm that there are no connection errors with the RGB or YPbPr interfaces, confirm the display settings parameters, confirm the host parameters, select another video channel for testing, and perform COLOR BAR testing. 　　圖像有干擾

　　出現(xiàn)干擾應(yīng)檢查使用高頻、強(qiáng)電的接地是否有問(wèn)題，外接設(shè)備信號(hào)線(xiàn)是否有問(wèn)題。
