內(nèi)鏡從患者體內(nèi)取出后，在與光源和視頻處理器拆離之前，應(yīng)立即用含有清洗液的濕紗布擦去外表污物，擦拭用品應(yīng)一次性使用。將內(nèi)鏡的前端置入裝有清洗液的容器中，啟動吸引功能，抽吸清洗液直其流入吸引管，反復(fù)送氣與送水少十秒；內(nèi)鏡與光源和視頻處理器拆離，蓋好內(nèi)鏡防水蓋，放入密閉運(yùn)送容器，送清洗室。

a:在內(nèi)鏡進(jìn)行清洗、前，需要進(jìn)行常規(guī)測漏檢測。測漏是早期發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)鏡問題的辦法，測漏不一定100％可以查出問題，但不做無法預(yù)防小問題衍生為大麻煩而送修，甚報廢。

b:測漏方法：取下各類按鈕和閥門，連接好測漏裝置，并注入壓力；將內(nèi)鏡全部浸沒于水中，使用注射器向各個管道注水以排出管道內(nèi)氣體；觀察鏡體各部位有無氣泡冒出，再觀察插入部、操作部、連接部等部分，如發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏，應(yīng)及時保修送檢。

8、環(huán)境終末處理：應(yīng)保持通風(fēng)良好。環(huán)境應(yīng)采用機(jī)械通風(fēng)，宜采取"上送下排"方式，換氣次數(shù)宜10次/h，小新風(fēng)量宜達(dá)到2次/h。物表用500mg/L—1000mg/L的含氯液進(jìn)行擦拭或噴灑30分鐘后，應(yīng)及時用清水擦洗干凈，不耐腐蝕的物體表面用75%乙醇進(jìn)行擦拭。

8. Environmental final treatment: Good ventilation should be maintained. The environment should adopt mechanical ventilation, preferably using the "up supply and down exhaust" method, with a ventilation rate of 10 times/h and a small fresh air volume of 2 times/h.
