工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡就是機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)的一種應(yīng)用，利用機(jī)器代替人眼來做判斷和測量，適用于難以觀察到的場合.機(jī)器視覺指的是用機(jī)器代替人眼來做測量和判斷.通過圖像攝取裝置將被攝取轉(zhuǎn)換成圖像信號，傳送給專用的圖像處理系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)像素的分布、亮度、顏色等一些信息，轉(zhuǎn)變成數(shù)字化信號.它的主要工作過程是：

1、定位監(jiān)測器探測到物體，想圖像采集部分發(fā)送觸發(fā)脈沖.

2、圖像采集部分按照事先設(shè)定的程序和延時，向攝像機(jī)和照明系統(tǒng)發(fā)出啟動脈沖.

3、攝像機(jī)停止目前的掃描，重新開始新的一幀掃描.
