　　其次在每次運用后對內(nèi)鏡的清潔也很重要。如用人工清洗時，先要把鏡身，鏡頭上的粘液完全清洗干凈，再放在酶洗液中浸泡，否則鏡身上的粘液酶是浸不干凈的，放在戊二醛劑中浸泡后，粘液就與戊二醛反應(yīng)在鏡身上會發(fā)生厚厚的一層發(fā)黃的物質(zhì)，很難，鏡頭端面上的噴口也因而被堵塞。

　　電子鏡在主機沒關(guān)電源前不能拔下（除帶熱拔插功能，但也要按規(guī)則操作），否則會形成主機機板或CCD損壞。在鏡子清洗前要保護好電插頭，不要碰到液體，后要承認插頭枯燥，才能擦上。否則極易燒壞插頭或電路板。
