The current situation of endoscopic development in China

　　內(nèi)窺鏡的發(fā)展歷經(jīng) 200 多年，按照臨床需求及成像原理分類，內(nèi)窺鏡經(jīng)歷了 硬管式內(nèi)窺鏡、半可屈式內(nèi)窺鏡、纖維內(nèi)窺鏡和電子內(nèi)窺鏡四個階段，從硬式形 態(tài)走向軟硬兼?zhèn)?，從物理纖維傳像進(jìn)化電子內(nèi)鏡時代，成為內(nèi)鏡醫(yī)師“手”和 “眼”的延伸，并隨著微創(chuàng)術(shù)式的不斷更新以及臨床需求的提升不斷推陳出新。

With the continuous updating of minimally invasive surgical methods and the increasing clinical demand, they are constantly innovating.

　　目前國內(nèi)的內(nèi)窺鏡廠商的主要銷售模式是：分銷代理為主，直銷為輔。國外內(nèi)窺鏡發(fā)展比較成熟，以奧林巴斯為例，其商業(yè)模式主要是 聯(lián)合行業(yè)協(xié)會，將技術(shù)制定成行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，形成產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟;

　　2、不設(shè)海外生產(chǎn)基地，核心產(chǎn)品本國生產(chǎn)，建立海外獨立銷售機制，培養(yǎng)分銷渠道和;

2. Not establishing overseas production bases, producing core products domestically, establishing independent overseas sales mechanisms, cultivating distribution channels and experts;

　　3、以成本優(yōu)勢阻擊模仿者，低端產(chǎn)品擴(kuò)大市場產(chǎn)能。

3. Blocking imitators with cost advantages and expanding market production capacity for low-end products.
