1、輸尿管腎鏡是非常嬌貴的儀器，怕摔、怕壓、怕震，因此，使用時(shí)應(yīng)非常仔細(xì)，不用時(shí)，應(yīng)有專人負(fù)責(zé)保管。

2、每次使用后應(yīng)用清水洗凈，用紗布擦干。內(nèi)窺鏡兩端玻璃表面用蘸有少量無水酒精的小棉簽輕輕擦拭干凈，放干燥處保存。

3、導(dǎo)光束不可過分彎曲，彎曲半徑不得少于5cm。否則易折斷光導(dǎo)纖維，影響透光率。

4、每次手術(shù)完成后，應(yīng)將水閥旋開螺母，抽出閥芯，擦干凈后涂上醫(yī)用硅油或醫(yī)用凡士林潤滑，以防銹蝕。

5、包裝箱內(nèi)各器械與內(nèi)窺鏡應(yīng)擺放整齊，切不可交叉重疊放置，以防壓壞鏡管。

6、輸尿管腎鏡及手術(shù)器械除不能用煮沸的高壓蒸汽外，其他常規(guī)液均可，可用5%福爾馬林液或者酒精浸泡15—30分鐘，或用福爾馬林蒸汽，再用水沖洗干凈。

8、儲存環(huán)境：溫度—40℃~55℃，相對濕度不大于80%，無腐蝕性氣體，通風(fēng)良好的室內(nèi)。
