  醫(yī)用纖維式內(nèi)窺鏡的工作構(gòu)造原理是由高品質(zhì)的傳像纖維來(lái)傳送圖像,經(jīng)過(guò)目鏡直接調(diào)查。纖維窺鏡由插入部(前端部、曲折部與柔軟部)、操作部與目鏡部組成。傳像纖維束,光纖及調(diào)校前端擺頭角度的鋼絲均悉數(shù)內(nèi)置,而且另配有專用的冷光源,接下來(lái)由內(nèi)窺鏡設(shè)備維修的小編給大家分享一下。

  1.纖維內(nèi)窺鏡頭部

  頭部是軟性內(nèi)窺鏡靠前端呈硬性的一小段,它有側(cè)視式、前視式二種。
  The head is a small hard segment of the soft endoscope near the front end. It has two types: side view type and front view type.
  側(cè)視式:它是指調(diào)查和效果部位坐落旁邊面,常用來(lái)調(diào)查內(nèi)壁有無(wú)缺陷;
  Side view type: it refers to the investigation and effect of the part located on the side surface, commonly used to investigate whether the inner wall is defective;
  前視式:它的調(diào)查窗在前方,常用來(lái)調(diào)查前方有無(wú)異物。

  a)纖維內(nèi)窺鏡 光孔:光導(dǎo)纖維將外部照明光導(dǎo)入,由此孔射出,照亮調(diào)查部位;
  a) Fiber endoscope light hole: the optical fiber leads in the external illumination light, from which the light is emitted to illuminate the investigated part;
  b)物鏡孔:此處裝有保護(hù)玻璃及物鏡、導(dǎo)像纖維束的端部,棱鏡等。物鏡常用固定焦點(diǎn)式,使用中不再調(diào)焦,結(jié)構(gòu)可簡(jiǎn)單些。為加大景深,選用短焦距,如f′可為3~6mm,視場(chǎng)角為40°~60°,調(diào)查距為3~100mm。調(diào)查距小時(shí),放大倍率較大而視場(chǎng)較小。也有選用調(diào)焦式的,調(diào)查效果好些,但結(jié)構(gòu)和操作要雜亂些。
  b) Objective hole: there are protective glass, ends of objective lens and image fiber bundle, prism, etc. The objective lens is usually fixed focus type, no longer focusing in use, and the structure can be simpler. In order to increase the depth of field, short focal length is selected. For example, f ′ can be 3-6mm, field angle is 40 ° - 60 °, and survey distance is 3-100mm. When the survey distance is small, the magnification is large and the field of view is small. There are also focussed ones, which have better investigation results, but the structure and operation should be disordered.
  2.纖維內(nèi)窺鏡曲折部
  2. Zigzag part of fiberscope
  其效果為使頭部能上下、左右活動(dòng),以增加調(diào)查區(qū)域、盲區(qū)。要求曲折的角度盡量大、曲折的半徑盡量小,曲折段的長(zhǎng)度也盡量小。對(duì)前視式,要求曲折的角度達(dá)180°;而對(duì)側(cè)視式,則要求90°即可;
  Its effect is to enable the head to move up and down, left and right, so as to increase the investigation area and eliminate the blind area. It is required that the angle of twists and turns should be as large as possible, the radius of twists and turns should be as small as possible, and the length of twists and turns should be as small as possible. For the forward-looking type, the zigzag angle is required to be 180 °; for the side-looking type, 90 ° is required;
  曲折部?jī)?nèi)有導(dǎo)光纖維、導(dǎo)像纖維、各種通道以及牽引設(shè)備。

  3. 纖維內(nèi)窺鏡軟管部

  4.纖維內(nèi)窺鏡操控部

  操控部是進(jìn)行操作操控和調(diào)查的部位。包含目鏡、導(dǎo)光束連接口、頭部曲折操控鈕等。要求重量輕、操作靈敏、可靠。
  The control department is the place for operation control and investigation. Including eyepiece, guide beam connector, head zigzag control button, etc. Light weight, sensitive and reliable operation are required.
  對(duì)目鏡,要求有足夠的視界、明晰并有屈光調(diào)節(jié)。通常光導(dǎo)纖維傳像為1:1,因此內(nèi)窺鏡的總放大率取決于物鏡和目鏡。
  For eyepiece, it is required to have enough visual field, clarity and refractive adjustment. Generally, the image transmission of optical fiber is 1:1, so the total magnification of endoscope depends on the objective and eyepiece.
  5.導(dǎo)光纜
